StepOut provides an in-app report mechanism for users to submit feedback, concerns, or reports related to safety and policy violations.
All reports are reviewed promptly, and swift action is taken where necessary. -

StepOut is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We are dedicated to continually improving our safety standards and collaborating with child safety experts to protect our users.
Together, we can help make StepOut a safe place for connection, friendship, and belonging. Users can report content, users, or behaviour that may violate our safety standards or endanger minors directly within the app or by contacting our child safety team. -
