StepOut Safety Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

At StepOut (operated by UNIque CnS Ltd), we are committed to maintaining a safe, positive community for everyone.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation. Protecting children is a core part of our mission, and we take proactive steps to prevent, detect, and respond to harmful activity.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

We strictly prohibit the use of StepOut to upload, share, distribute, or promote any CSAM or content that exploits or endangers children.
Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

2. Reporting and Cooperation with Authorities

We work with global child protection organizations and law enforcement agencies to combat online child exploitation.
In the UK, we cooperate with the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF).
In other regions, we may report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent authorities.

3. Moderation and User Reporting

StepOut employs a combination of automated tools and human review to identify and prevent harmful content.
Users can report suspicious or inappropriate content directly within the app or by emailing hello@stepout.social.
All reports are reviewed promptly, and swift action is taken where necessary.

4. Age Restrictions

StepOut is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
If we become aware that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete the account and associated data immediately.
